The Trehan Group was founded in 1930 by Jagdish Ram Trehan. He began working in real estate construction as a government contractor and built iconic projects that shaped Delhi NCR. Trehan IRIS Broadway was destined to be the high-end, landmark retail destination in Sector Ecotech-12, Greater Noida West. The main focus was to construct an environmentally sustainable commercial mall with a unique architectural design to create beautiful memories for families, couples, friends, and visitors.
The final design came out to be a six-story commercial building with two towers on each side, one for hospitality and the other for office space. A large central atrium has a unique water feature, giving a sense of light, space, and a calm vibe, also cooling the air within the building naturally.
The concept design aims to be environmentally sustainable and facilitates retail outlets, fine-dining restaurants, food courts, open-terrace restaurants, multiplex, gaming and entertainment zones, banquet halls, a hotel, a swimming pool, and office spaces.
