Background of Trehan IRIS:

The Trehan Group was founded in 1930 by Jagdish Ram Trehan. He began working in real estate construction as a government contractor and built iconic projects that shaped Delhi NCR. Their quality project development set them apart, and soon they became class 'A' government contractors. A few of the projects include Tihar Jail, AIR Bhawan, Sanchar Bhawan, Supreme Court, PWD Headquarters, and Safdarjung Airport Terminal.

Trehan Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. was officially incorporated as a real estate construction company in 1994. Taking forward the steps of Mr. JR Trehan and Mr. JK Trehan, his sons, Mr. Abhishek Trehan and Aman Trehan, took over the company as its executive directors.

Abhishek Trehan

Abhishek is the third-generation builder continuing the legacy of the Trehan Group, built by his father Mr. JK Trehan, and grandfather Mr. Harsh Trehan. He has been leading the Trehan Group for the past 18 years. After completing his MBA from HEC Paris, he began overseeing planning, architecture, business development, land acquisition, and other aspects of the business.

Aman is also a third-generation builder who started working in the real estate industry at a young age. He joined the family business during his graduation, learning the basics of the real estate industry and business. With over 18 years of experience, he aims to expand the Trehan Group into different segments in the future.
